I didn’t like the taste all that much and it didn’t mix super well either. It did give me some extra energy though. My pump while lifting wasn’t all that bad either but there are other products that I like better.

BIG ENERGY!

Provides a boost in energy but didn’t notice the pump that I have noticed from other products. The ingredients in it look great but it doesn’t provide the exact amounts on the supplement facts which I hate.

Provided a huge increase of energy for me but I crashed about 3 hours later. I thought the taste of the blue raspberry was ok. This is a decent PWO powder but I don’t like how much caffeine is in it. Hopefully my body gets use to it over time.

Power Kick

Gave me a huge power kick for about 45 minutes and then a big crash. 300mg of caffeine is a little much in my opinion.
